If you cannot visit the clinic on a daily or weekly basis,you can take the HCG home and self administer it.



At the time of your first visit to any of our locations in Southern California (Costa Mesa, Laguna Hills, and San Diego), we will instruct you how to self administer the HCG.

Once you have been seen by the physician and the HCG has been prescribed, we can mail subsequent monthly supplies of HCG and the syringes directly to you.

Dr Allen Jay

Dr. Allen Jay has been in practice in Southern California since 1982. He is an internist who for the past 10 years has limited his practice to weight loss and nutritional medicine only.

With his extensive background in Internal Medicine, he is well qualified to provide safe, and effective weight loss advice.

He considers weight loss in the context of overall health maintenance. Other physicians refer many of their patients to his practice. They want a safe weight loss program for their patients but do not want them to be put on diets with unknown or unproven effectiveness. Dr. Jay believes there is a great deal of misinformation about weight loss, and what the people need, is sound advice and practical solutions that will achieve sustainable results.

An equally important aspect of a weight loss plan should be the maintenance, so that people do not regain the lost weight. This is known as yo-yo effect and is very detrimental to health.

This is why the maintenance aspect of weight loss is emphasized in this program, and ways to prevent the weight regain are at the very center of the weight loss plan.
